All payments for the Sterile Processing Technician Training Program are non-refundable.
Once payment is completed (full or partial), no refunds will be issued for any reason.
This policy applies because course materials and physical books are prepared immediately after enrollment. By completing payment, the student agrees to this non-refundable policy.
Class Schedule & Format
We offer two sessions: Morning Session (Wednesdays, 9:00 AM – 2 PM) and Afternoon Session (Wednesdays, 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM). Both sessions cover the same curriculum and lead to the same certification.
The program is 8 weeks long, with classes held every Wednesday. Each class session is approximately 5 hours, providing comprehensive instruction and hands-on learning through screen-shared demonstrations.
All classes are conducted live via Zoom. This means you'll participate in real-time with your instructor and classmates. Classes include lectures, demonstrations, discussions, and interactive Q&A sessions.
We understand that life happens. If you need to miss a class, please notify your instructor in advance. While live attendance is encouraged for the best learning experience, we can provide supplementary materials to help you catch up.
Zoom & Technical Requirements
Once your enrollment is confirmed and your documents are approved, our admissions team will send you the Zoom meeting link via email. You'll receive this before your first class date.
You'll need a computer or tablet with a reliable internet connection, a webcam and microphone (built-in or external), and the Zoom application installed. We recommend testing your setup before the first class.
Besides Zoom, you don't need any special equipment. All course materials will be provided digitally. We recommend having a quiet space for learning and taking notes during class.
Certification
Upon successful completion of the program, you'll receive a Sterile Processing Technician certification. This certification demonstrates your competency in sterile processing procedures and is recognized by healthcare employers.
Your certificate will be sent to you via email as a professional PDF document immediately after you complete the program. You can print it for your records or share it digitally with employers.
